本計畫之總體目標為研發高安全性、低耗能之物聯網 (IoT) 電路及系統,並整合所開發之技術於無人載具或可移動智慧裝置之物聯網環璄中。已有成果包括:
The objectives of this project are to develop various high-security and low-power technologies for IoT circuits and systems, and to integrate these technologies to actual IoT systems such as unmanned vehicles and mobile devices. The developed techniques include:
High-security fish farming supervision/monitor systems
Flight control/monitor systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)
Microprocessor, designed for the security of IoT devices, with highly reliable embedded physical unclonable functions (PUF)
ESL design/evaluation platform for IoT systems and circuits
Lead-free piezoelectric materials for MEMS sensors
Lead-free piezoelectric accelerometers
Various designs of physical unclonable functions (PUF) and their supporting circuitry
High-security networks, supporting data encryption/decryption, transmission, certification, authentication, etc.
Ultra low-power analog-to-digital converters (ADC)
Ultra low-power and high-security wireless transmission technology
High-security IC design and test technologies and architectures
